About The Event

Join us for a guided, safe, real talk session focusing on our mental wellness, our healing, our growth, and our self-love. We'll enjoy a relaxing meal while we share, connect, and journey together in accessing our fears, tapping into our strengths, and determining where our healing work lies so that we can begin to experience contentment in life, healthy and whole.

Christalyn Howard of Carolina Counseling Consultants, is a National Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Addictions Counselor with more than 13 years of experience as a mental health professional supporting children and adults in areas that include stress management, relationships, grief, and infertility. She has extensive specialty training in helping clients with processing trauma, Motivational Interviewing Therapy, Child First Forensic Interviewing, treating Depression and Anxiety Disorders, Suicide Assessment and Prevention, Marriage Preparation, and Marriage Enrichment.

If you've never experienced working with a professional counselor this is your chance to get the help you need backed by the support of a sisterhood, there to encourage and do their own work right alongside you!

We invite everyone to share specific topics you'd like for Christalyn to discuss. Want to share but still have hesitation about discussing amongst a group, submit your topic, question, or concern on the registration page upon ticket purchase for Christalyn to review confidentially. We'll discuss during the session keeping your identity anonymous.

Let's get to work!
